Site surveys consist of Thermographic
Surveys and Vibration Analysis. Thermographic Surveys can
be used to highlight potential breakdowns before they occur,
thus enabling rectification before production is interrupted.
Mains distribution and control panels can also be surveyed
to highlight potential dangers. Vibration Analysis is carried
out on specific machines to establish problems like bearing
wear or misalignment. Both are excellent when trying to predict
failures which can affect production and cause down time.
